With more than 30 years of experience in fitness/performance related fields, Don has worked with a wide range of clients ranging from pregnant women to post-rehab patients, and high school to professional athletes.
Using his extensive knowledge and experience in athletic development, Don has developed a training system which progressively challenges his clients. To ensure optimal postural alignment and injury prevention, methodologies learned from the Postural Restoration Institute, Functional Movement System, and Myofascial Techniques have become an integral part of his programming.
Over the years, his never ending pursuit of knowledge and his dedication to not only improving the performance of his clients, but their lives as well, has lead him to become one of the most sought after Performance Specialists in Canada.

This has been his motto since his transformation from an obese 18-year old teen, to a now trained performance and nutrition coach.
As a nutrition specialist, his goal is to teach clients the importance of creating positive habits that will bring a long-term, balanced lifestyle.
As a Performance coach, his experience coaching NCAA, CIS and prep-school athletes has taught him the importance of team spirit, hard work, dedication and commitment, all of which result in confidence and success.
Over the years, Oz has successfully developed a loyal following of clients from all different backgrounds. From UFC fighters to post rehab patients and everyone in between.
Having had his workouts featured in publications such as Fitness Quebec and on TVA, Oz is known as one of Montreal’s experts in the field of strength and conditioning. His caring demeanor coupled with his emphasis on hard work helps him take his clients to the next level. Oz is also the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the hit television show, The Ultimate Fighter.
Rich’s passion lies in advancing the comprehension and education involved in human performance and all-encompassing well-being of his clients. His never ending thirst for knowledge has abled Rich to pioneer a sense of overall wellbeing in his clients that stems from a greater sense of self-efficacy.
Developing his clients uppermost mental and physical performance, decreasing injury potential, cultivating performance, and motivating through education are all priorities for this Performance Specialist.
Rich has been published on numerous occasions on websites directed towards the education of coaches, athletes, and fitness enthusiasts alike.
Applying techniques from the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), Functional Movement Screen (FMS), extensive coursework on Myofascial Techniques, as well as his in-depth work in athletic development for teams & individual athletes, Rich utilizes a training system that fosters performance to guide his clients to defy average.
Chris loves what he does and receives great amount of joy when helping others. He thrives on building and integrating habits needed to achieve what was once thought as impossible, hoping to modify both new and current habits, enabling you to further attain your goals.
As a Biosginature Level 1 & 2 Certified Coach, Chris has developed a passion for helping his clients achieve not only physical goals but lifestyle habit changes as well. Being well versed in the topic of nutrition through multiple accreditations, Chris is able to help you get the physique you’ve always dreamed of!

After playing hockey for the Midget AAA Lions, Jeff attended division 1 prep school in the U.S. It was there that he discovered Strength & Conditioning and, like hockey, it quickly became a passion. Jeff continued to excel at both, earning his degree in kinesiology while playing at Acadia University in Nova Scotia.
Over the last 8 years Jeff has worked with many different clients from professional athletes to individuals looking to get into or stay in the best physical condition of their lives. His profound knowledge and experience provides Jeff the ability to quickly assess an individual’s weaknesses and movement flaws so that he can accurately adapt a strength and conditioning plan customized to that client’s needs.
Jeff’s enthusiastic approach to learning lends to continuously improving strategies and techniques to help you safely and efficiently reach your performance goals.
The unique sense of creativity and innovation that Leah developed in her studies in Cinema Video Communications, coupled with the business management and marketing skills gained in her studies at Concordia University, provides CoreXcellence with a refreshing angle on business development, as well as marketing and social media.
Leah’s work ethic, combined with her dedication to improve/excel is what drives her to not only exceeds past her personal expectations but most importantly to help those around her do the same.
In the Summer of 2014 Leah has taken part in our CoreXcellence Athletic Development Camp as an athlete, in which she developed a passion towards helping others build strength. After having completed the full CoreXcellence Internship, Leah now has expanded her knowledge in the field as part of the CoreXcellence Performance Specialists.
Kayla recently graduated from Concordia University in Leisure Sciences and Recreation. She has been participating in team sports since the age of 5 and has had the opportunity to manage college level varsity teams. Kayla has been working in the health food industry for the past several years.
Having an athletic background coupled with knowledge in the health industry provides an ideal base foundation to helping others achieve their goals.
