Vito Di Cosola45 on the run class is an introduction to CoreXcellence training. It incorporates the following: foam rolling for myo-fascial release, muscle activation to enhance hip and shoulder mobility, 2 high-energy circuits using the latest and most innovative exercises in strength and conditioning, and finish off with some yoga-based flexibility exercises. An all-in-one workout in 45 minutes, for those who are always on the run! |
