Welcome back to the blog! As some of you know I am slowly starting to transition into a low-carb, keto-style way of eating. I believe it’s not only fun but important to try and find recipes to help set yourself up for success on this journey!
I knew if I was going to make this transition I would have to figure out how to satisfy my sweet and doughy cravings. I couldn’t fathom giving up cookies, pancakes, waffles and one of my ultimate favorites pizza! Or my kryptonite, melted butter or peanut butter on bread…. Which leads me to this post!
This recipe is so simple anybody can make it – 7 ingredients all mixed in 1 bowl!
I will post pictures of the products I use. I tend to use the same products of bloggers I follow. I like to make sure everything is spot on, even when it comes down the brand of ingredient.
* Do not use an electric hand mixer
* Your dough will be thick – dont worry!!
