If you’re like me breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. I can have breakfast food any time of the day. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, you name it, I’ll eat it!!
I whipped up a batch of these pancakes for my family last Sunday and they were a total hit! My mom who isn’t even a fan of fruits in her pancakes went in for a second helping, so what does that tell you? 😉
In a hot pan or pancake girdle, add butter or oil of choice to grease. Use a ¼ cup and fill it about half way and pour. Plop on blueberries and raspberries, cook about 2-3 mins and flip.
Serve with organic bacon (Le Breton is a staple in my house) and of course maple syrup or sugar-free syrup of choice.
