Result: hot, gooey, chocolate molten lava goodness all in your cup!
Feel free to go wild and add whatever you’d like. I know some readers follow particular ways of eating so feel free to add your own little touch to it! 🙂 If I have time or if i’m not too lazy (haha)… I make a whipped cream topping.
Optional: sweetener (1 tsp will suffice)
Place in bowl and *cue Michael Jackson song* Beat it! Beat it until its fluffy.
*This really curbs my sweet tooth. If you’re not Keto then please feel free to add a heaping scoop of ice cream of choice on top.*
I found by adding in the cream cheese (I used lactose free) it gave it a more gooey brownie texture that I really liked.
You can add your own choice of sweetener. Personally I don’t add any if I’m using 71 %. I will add 1 tsp of maple syrup if I decide to use 90% chocolate just to cut the bitterness.
For those of you who might be like “whatttt?”… the higher the percentage of chocolate – the more bitter it is because it contains less sugahhhhh!
WARNING: It’s hot! So blow on it before you eat it. Otherwise you’ll catch yourself going “Hasafashafsas” aka the sound you make when you’re eating something hot.
You would think I would learn my lesson after burning my mouth a few too many times (I couldn’t help but inhale it, I was so excited to eat it!!)
