CoreXcellence Performance Coaches have years of education, training and experience helping athletes achieve their goals. Whether you’re looking to shed a couple of pounds, train for an event, prepare for or recover from a pregnancy, as well as rehabbing an injury, you will see improvements through the personalized approach of 1-to-1 training sessions.

Small Group Training

There’s nothing like a little friendly competition or the added support from a team. Our small groups consist of 2-4 individuals per group. We group individuals based on their current goal and training maturity. This enables our Performance Coaches to progress the group collectively, to increase comradery and keep you on track. This is a great option is expenses are limited.

Team Training

Our Performance Coaches strive to keep athletes at the top of their game, pushing to new levels. Our athletic development training will not only improve overall athleticism of the player, but more importantly help them to see and feel the direct transfer to their sport. Components like strength, movement, running mechanics and plyometrics, are only a few of the areas we target. Continuously aiming to build a strong culture, we focus on developing resilient and autonomous athletes.
